Organisational Development

MCS helps organizations to best use the resources available to them to more effectively deliver on their objectives and future goals. We have experience in undertaking strategic and organisational reviews as well as working with organisations to plan and deliver change.

 

This includes:

  • Strategic reviews: Assessing where the organisation wants to be; how it measures up to that aspiration; and how it can address the gaps, and helping organisations to develop a shared understanding of the organisation’s mission, vision and values,
  • Effectiveness reviews: Assessing how an organisation is performing against agreed criteria, be that it’s governance arrangements, performance on particular functions. We deliver recommendations for improvements and a clear understanding of how they can be taken forward.

We recognize that delivering change is difficult and help organisations to plan and manage change based on an understanding of the specific organisational context while drawing on experience of delivering change elsewhere.
